Cornel Barsan asserts himself in contemporary painting as a Latin expressionist, a little different from Munch’s Nordic school, Soutine.

This is an outraged observer of human comedy, of our sad current conditions and a deep spiritual void.

The painter’s art can also be monumental, but first of all extremely complex, with a varied chromatics and themes, but also an emotion of the message that is always transmitted.
