Lili Pancu (birth name: Constanța Virginia Pancu; b. September 13, 1908, Măicănești, Vrancea, Romania – d. April 29, 2006, Bucharest, Romania) was a Romanian painter of the twentieth century.
Lili Pancu was born on September 13, 1908 in Măicănești, today in Vrancea County. His father was a lawyer, and his mother was the daughter of the banker George Niculescu from Târgoviște.
Soon, the family moved to Nucet, Dâmbovița County, where her father was appointed judge.
In 1918, Lili was enrolled at the “Santa Maria” Catholic Institute in Bucharest, where she studied for eight years. He studied at the School of Fine Arts in Bucharest with teachers Cecilia Cuțescu-Storck, Ipolit Strâmbu and Jean Steriadi.
At the age of 22 he received the “Anastase Simu” award and the Bucharest award. In July 1933, she received a diploma from the Academy of Fine Arts.
