Oscar Han was a Romanian author, monograph and sculptor. Oscar Han studied at the National School of Fine Arts in Bucharest, at the workshop of Dimitrie Paciurea (sculpture) and Frederic Storck (drawing).

His debut as a sculptor occurred at 20 years old. In 1911, Oscar Han was remarked with ' Little Girl's Head' .He was a member of the ' Group of Four,' together with the painters Nicolae Tonitza, Ştefan Dimitrescu and Francis Şirato.

In 1917 he was among the 30 artists, painters and sculptors sent to the front by the Great General Headquarters of the Army to carry out works inspired by the battles of the Romanian army.He participated at the Bucharest Official Salons, exhibited at various Romanian art exhibitions abroad, as well as at some international events from Venice, Antwerp, Paris, Hague, Amsterdam, Barcelona. On January 1, 1927, he was a substitute professor at the sculpture department of the School of Fine Arts in Bucharest, where he shared his sculpture workshop with his former professor D. Paciurea. After his death he remained a professor until 1946.
